Harwin-area merchants reported noticeable drops in foot traffic and sales heading into the holidays, driven by reduced discretionary spending and heightened shopper hesitation. The zone needed renewed visibility and a clear reason for shoppers to return during a competitive retail season.

Approach & Strategy

We positioned Harwin as Houston’s bargain capital for holiday shopping, launching a creator-led social campaign that emphasized discovery, value, and variety. Fast, list-style reels and influencer spotlights showcased where to shop and what to buy, designed to spark excitement and restore momentum.

Results & Impact

The campaign generated 312,781 video views, reached 57,066 additional accounts through influencer distribution, and delivered a hero reel with 272,000+ views, driving renewed awareness and consideration for Harwin as a holiday shopping destination.
